The XM1r is an upgrade to the XM1 gaming mouse. Available in two more editions, it features an updated PixArt PAW3370 optical sensor and custom Kailh GM 8.0 switches. It also features a hybrid skid design and all-new firmware and software developed in Germany.
Patented analog technology
The XM1r can go beyond traditional cue removal to detect clicks thanks to proprietary analog technology. This is a superior method compared to normal digital approaches. While digital signal processing can only detect two levels of feedback (1/0), the XM1r implements an advanced algorithm to drive faster click detection for a reaction time of less than 1ms.
Built for tournament performance
The XM1r, like its predecessor, has been developed by esports veterans for use in competitive play. It has a sleek design and durable casing design, with top-of-the-line components such as the PixArt PAW3370 sensor and the custom Kailh GM 8.0. Firmware and software have been newly developed in Germany to maximize the performance of the XM1r.
Innovative sensor
The XM1r's responsiveness has been significantly improved thanks to the implementation of the PixArt PAW3370 sensor with a resolution of up to 19000 CPI, 1mm Lift-Off-Distance and up to 400 IPS. Every effort has been made to squeeze the last ounce of performance out of this sensor. With all the smoothing, angle snapping, and power saving features turned off, the sensor tracking data is as raw as it gets.
Advanced switches and technology
Custom Kailh GM 8.0 switches have been used for the main buttons of the XM1r. These have been pre-rated with an actuation force of 55-60gf, resulting in an extremely nice and quick click. The TTC microswitches used for the side buttons have been improved for a sharper click feel and increased durability.
Hybrid skate design
The XM1r comes with large and small PTFE skids. Thanks to the hybrid design of the lower shell it is possible to easily install large or small skids, with the small ones being installed by default. This offers greater flexibility when it comes to customizing the glide of the XM1r.
New colors and improvement of the Flex Cord 2.0
The XM1r is available in two new editions, in addition to the classic black and white. Dark Frost and Dark Reflex both feature dark semi-transparent housings. Dark Reflex has a glossy finish, while Dark Frost has a matte one.
The flex cable has also received an upgrade. Maintaining the flexibility of the previous iteration, it is now more durable.
